Sorry I thought everyone here was well aware of the status of the plant, considering it moved into continuous production trials a little while ago.
Yes, it’s not fully sorted and there seems to be some remaining refinement required to enable production to ramp up smoothly, but for the purpose of my dot-point list, I did use the the term “commissioned” to summarise.

Similarly, btw, after orecobre announced commissioning “complete”, they still faced production issues due to “equipment limitations”, “operational issues” and “production bottlenecks” that required refinement over a considerable period.

Noted I perhaps should have used the term “effectively commissioned” or similar.
