Everything AGY did over the years was done on the cheap. No rigour in its pre-development studies and works and an ultra-cheap 2k plant that was the work of man who had a ridiculous cult following amongst some AGY shareholders. And look at the result. So much for uber-lauded fast track strategy and the lithium guru Pablo. Most experienced observers were sceptical from the outset and that scepticism has proven to be valid.
