I think you have read the whole "debt" situation incorrectly here @ AIS.... if you go through the documents provided to us, these so called "sharks" have always been on the backfoot with what seems like AIS dictating the terms from where I see... AIS has been able to reduce by 50% the dilution we were supposed to have... doesn't look like a shark to me at the opposite end, does it? if these are sharks, I want these sharks for all my other debt ridden companies...
SECOND - September quarter = July + Aug + September of each year... Torrens drill is happening THIS CURRENT quarter = SEPTEMBER quarter... this is a mistake many make so it is quite easy to understand... so there is no wait for AIS to clear their financial position for the start of drilling...
