I think the market is fully aware that there are millions and milllions of more shares to be issued and to hit the market and dilute this stock even further so any good news will be discounted in the knowledge that the duping of tens of millions of shares will mean lower prices plus the notes too which should put the price under significant pressure for quite some time.
