Guess people are running the numbers for next quarter on current POG - obviously will be less than the last so no compelling reason to get on board unless POG increases.
However, I look at it as a growth story at current POG and so much more upside if POG follows money supply. hope they pay the the div, cut exploration and don't take over anything
Sure US housing will improve - but wont that drive velocity of money, will the new mortgages look so hot if Interest rates are allowed to rise.
The longer this continues, the stronger the floor.
