Decrisper, agree AISC is a good measure for comparison and Plutonic is a concern. However when numbers are askew it is worth digging a bit deeper (pardon the pun) to see what the figures reveal. Grade and recovery would appear to be the key. At this point I'm happy with the explanation re developing a new mine plan although it would have helped to have some idea of timing and expected outcome.
