You make some reasonable deductions here. If there was one cap raising I wouldn't baulk at, it would be one at the pointy end of a shipyard.
Part of my consideration at that juncture, maybe how much to commit would also be the quality of the JV,(if a partner was taken on at that stage), meaning a SPP would grant existing holders the opportunity to contain their own dilution to some extent, and the nature and terms of any debt.
It's in the future; I'm trusting Maurice and Co to get us there.
