Based on the 3D model, I estimate roughly 20Mt of resource (avg around US$250/t NSR) but high grade core of at least 8Mt of US$400/t+ NSR rock. Hera nameplate capacity 500ktpa, Federation deposit would add up to another 10 yrs of mine life. The h/g core is comps well to Adriatic Metal's $ADT Rupice deposit:




Rough math on tonnage:

580m depth * 460m strike * 50m avg width * 3t/m^3 = 40Mt, then 1/2 to account for gaps in mineralization for estimate of 20Mt.

Alternatively, you can halve the 460m strike. If you smush the blobs in the long section view of the 3D model, you can fit minerazation to roughly 230m strike and you would get the same tonnage estimate of around 20Mt.
