Did MRC intend to connect Tormin to the grid - Correct Did Mark see a cash bonus of $900k in 2020 - Correct Did Mark see around $1mil in dividend payments over 2-3 years - Correct.
Was Mark the CEO at the time when the company looked at raising money to connect the Tormin operation to the Grid, Yes.
Could the dividend payments be used instead of diluting the company - Yes.
If they were used, Tormin's operating costs would have be lower due to having cheaper renewable energy,
BTW, you are the one who raised this point, just because it looks like a complete failure by the management at the time, you are stamping your feet like a child calling lies lies lies. Surely being a Long Term Holder in MRC you would know all of this.
@nevilleb It looks like my assessment was correct, the failure of the March QTR resulted in the GM getting booted out.
