Totally agreed with that. The current mechanism they have engaged seems to reek of being an incentive to keep people on board the ship right other than incentivise to greater things. If it was 19 cents as you say, I think although people would still grumble and know its a Sh** show, people would kind of accept 19 cents as a happy medium. Would certainly be better received.
