Perhaps we could also consider why Mr Baker left so quickly?
It may be that there is a reason that will similarly permeate through to the other senior staff and board, they've proven that they are ship jumpers already when faced with friction; and in those moments they have to suddenly face the reality that they actually have zero effective power in their own right and cannot effect change as they are inconsequential because they own no block of shares of enough substance to be considered major holders, and as such they eh fruition could only be with Edwards though Walker, as Caruso is out of there and not interested, so reading between the lines one would that despite assisting in the getting rid of the former CEO, all in buddy buddy style, there must have been some serious disagreements soon after when things didn't go as planned and therefore Baker lefty to personally difference with Edwards, as a reasonable assumption,
So what was it that caused the tiff?
Would have to be very be interesting to get a copy of all internal notes and communications and memos and to see what actually happened. (which as a shareholder we are able to get an order flor MRC to comply with)
Put that together with the new open source info coming to the BVI and the story is going be might interesting in hindsight.
