This article cites recent court orders. How is the company and management not reporting on this? Am I reading this article correctly?
Some might say the agreement with the activists is positive way forward, but I doubt it. Just look at Xolobeni and see how destructive these groups are to mining companies and the progression of their operations, especially when you do not have management or legal capability to take them head on and defend the company.
Not looking good for MRC, and in my opinion the company's management is way out of its depth, and has been since Mark and Co left.
