No acknowledgement of the retired director but also and perhaps more importantly radio silence on a new addition to the board.
Personally I would like to see all of the BoD including the CEO get some real skin in the game right now.
We need a show of confidence by management and the BoD that an investment into POS at this point in time is worthwhile. There is no better indication as to the health of a company and a future alpha on an investment than by directors buying on market....and I'm not talking a token $20K some but a decent whack of capital invested. You know the old adage- management sell for a variety of reasons but buy for only one!
Come on PH, DLF, PM and DH! As Jerry Maguire said "SHOW ME THE MONEY"
