You are correct Bolics, there is a payment of C$300,000 cash and C$125,000 in shares on signing a formal agreement. That will be for all 3 projects, less for 1 or 2 project areas.

Interestingly these formal agreement payments have no specific date. DAF only states that During the period between signing the formal definitive agreement(s) and the transfer of the Project tenement claims, the company will have full rights to access, explore and carry out operations on the project.

This means that these final payments will not be called until all other payments are made. That will be after December 2025 as stated.

Yes they have flagged the capital question and have stated that depending on market conditions, (apart from the current DD and exploration before the first payment due 18/5/23 will come from existing reserves). The capital required for 31.12.23 payment will be raised through potentially many different methods.

They are basically stating that if this project stacks up it will be a brilliant project portfolio and is worth pursuing. Yes, they are still looking at other projects... so everything is still on the table.
