    I think on the additional cost for lost production, this is already factored into the guidance on production ounces (my figure of 350koz is between 340 and 370koz guided), so not sure you need to add this cost.

    I agree with comments on mining - If they want another 1,000kt of Ore, at a strip ratio of 2.5 (rough run rate), they need to mine 3,500kt of material in total. Using $5/t, that's $17.5M. Not sure they can get mining rate up that high based on historics, say may be say $7.5M for rest of year (1.25Mt extra per quarter for the next 3 quarters or extra 420kt of ore opver 3 quarters).

    I think you put those numbers together, you're getting into their guidance of $1,540 to $1,660 for the year.

    On the head grade, agree it will go up but there will also be lower grade from stockpile as not enough ore mined. Even if they had enough ore mined, they'd need to blend with softer ore to manage throughput. Can't all be hard ore - that is why they're upgrading pebble crusher so it eventually can take all hard ore.
