Pablo's daughter lives in Perth. Could simply be to see her, and line it up with attending the AGM.
From a project ramp up perspective, I saw it as a positive. After all, this project is Pablo's baby. You'd think he'd want to be present during the ramp up phase. Tells me he has enough confidence in the knowledge and experience of his family and the team to leave them to it, and/or the ramp up is at a point where it doesn't require him to be there 24/7. All good things.
