So a Director may loan the company money that is not out of the question, neither will it be a first at INCA.
When you are the leading share holder and have so much at stake you would be concerned about your major investment and if being the Chairman had the power to spend the money you loan to the company under your direction and could see that the funds input will guarantee that the standing investment will not fail then of course it would make sense to do it.
Its not as desperate as dilution via low price capital raise and does show a direction team with merit.
Remember any capital raise via share allocation currently would dilute directors percentages.
So far after all the trouble this option has not surfaced and shares numbers have not increased apart from directors wages/ sacrifice additions. You are quick to see black about current management that walked into to sturdy the situation after the bleeding had commenced and INCA was soon to bleed out if the brakes had not been put on. Just await decision regarding awarded funds for drilling and other means of funding before you announce the obituary.
