I’ve not seen an announcement stating that director/s have provided loans, so desperation really isn’t a factor here..

If you haven’t heard of that particular vehicle being used in listed companies, this must be your first rodeo and I don’t need to add to @allens spot on post..

On a side note from another outlandish post purporting 5B or so shares being added, considering the many ways a director loan can be facilitated, it doesn’t necessarily mean additional shares added to the register in the first instance..
