Also... you would have to be holding GOR for a long time (if you had used my sentiment earlier), I have been negative on it for... hmmm 3-4 years at least.

I can only assume the June Q is not going to be great either, so... perhaps this is a good window of opportunity... but then why would the MD use this period of time to undertake a major acquisition...
Maybe they are actually wanting a T/O... though rarely do people in such positions want to take their noses out of the trough (perhaps I am being harsh, but I am pretty fed up with what I see around me on a daily basis).
