That is very true about "high water mark" clause. Most companies on ASX do this all the time particularly LIC's. However, without policy maker such as ASIC implement mandatory high water mark requirement nothing will happen and management will keep ripping off small retail holders in my opinion.
However, i wonder why American kept August date for voting , are they waiting for election results before they buy ?
