Don't waste your time with 2IC. As a student of philosophy for the better part of a decade, I've read the ideas that are likely the cause of a person who would act the way he does.
There is a reason why all of you are baffled by him; he is intelligent and puts forth detailed arguments yet seems to have no vested interest in the company at all, its direction nor its success. Ill clarify
Do you recognise this man below? He was the corollary of Hericlitus and plato, and ended up formulating a pure system of evil, from metaphysics to epistemology, to consequently ethics. Used reason to destroy reason, for no other purpose then for *destruction for the sake of destruction*. ie: formulating a pure system of sacrifice. A genious that used his intelligence to try and destroy the essence of humans, their rational faculty and their only mode of functioning. I see this here in miniscule form, to try and destroy a company and the confidence of investors for its own sake. Very petty, and rational intellectuals should rightly point this out.
I recommend boycotting any posts with a fast scroll, for people like that require attention to affirm and please them, for without people to feed their ego (an ego they deny they have) they have and are nothing. May be harsh but must be said.
