Sounds like one (or more) of the 13 parties that they're talking to, aren't far off from finalising a deal, with some funding coming DRE's way?!

ps. with how many of your other companies (not McK but everyone), can you get onto the phone/email and ask a question, and not only get an answer, but get an answer from the MD so quick (none?). With most, you can't get through to them at all.
