Ex what bothers me is that equipment and labour scheduling is within the scope of what we pay managers for. I just get disappointed when we hear we have fixed the problem by bringing in unused equipment from Jaguar W.A. and got more contract labour.
FFS couldn't that have been done earlier. If people would just do their job properly then maybe just maybe Aeris can get out of its shitty position.
There are some good things in the Quarterly
* Reduced trade debtors is good
* Good cashflow out of Cracow
* No hedging allowing to maximise income through higher prices
* No LTI's for the quarter is a great effort by the whole Aeris team
Let's hope we get some more confidence from the 11am call
