My friend, If not for Cracow I would have been out of here by now. The fact that I'm free carried has a lot to do with it too...
Come June 2024 It will be 4 years I have remained invested in this. In all that time can't say that Andre and Co (managers included) have respected shareholder capital all that well. If people would just do their job properly would be a good step towards that.
More important I think the AIS decision making structure is a bit of an issue here.. It is plain to see in the Jaguar incident that the top-down approach to management (company-wide decisions are made solely by leadership at the top) is not working all that well here. Not flexible/nimble enough for the vicissitudes of running these small mines. This may have worked when AIS had 1 or 2 mines, not anymore..
