The fates of other companies are irrelevant. What can realistically be expected of AGY is what's relevant here. Yes, most juniors fail. AGY isn't in a happy position. Again, you say these things as though they're not reasons to be concerned. AGY as a company has not completely failed yet and I'm not saying that. The two plants AGY has built so far objectively failed. The smoke and mirrors show around the first was plausible. The failure of the second revealed the man behind the curtain. Whether or not people want to believe in the smoke and mirrors show is their own choice, and I find it fascinating to watch people continue to believe.
