It's now early summer in Austria, I cannot see anything happening at welchau until at least the end of October as per previous summer curfews...let alone recommence flow testing even if the environmental ban gets lifted , which it won't .
It was one thing carving up chocolate box countryside when they thought there was gas, no wait oil, but turns out it's water .. no chance in summer , none.
