    Yes it certainly sounds like it..I think they were waiting for new financial year to start..I reckon we should get more news flow frm company in coming weeks..Hopefully they are planning to get into something related to EVS..Cobalt project will be perfect...but beggars cant be chosers and I suppose anything decent will do...
