Agree, you would have to ask what benefit they will provide at this stage, just thinking aloud but if anything along those lines were to happen wouldn't it make more sense to have NCM instead of AMER?

Cant imagine what these guys are feeling like now, after all those years working for this and its finally looking like its going to come together! (not to mention all you long term holders!)
