Wowee.

A couple of questions come to mind straight away, having read it once:

1. Are Atlas waiving the right to default, meaning that they will fund CLI convertible notes should they be excercised by CLI?
I can't see any other way CLI will continue to run.

2. Given rent is an issue, will Shepherd Bros seek to have CLI evicted? They do not state what is owed and they state that the $1.3million in hemp inventory includes the Shep Bros trimmed flower. Might make no profit in that deal too.

3. How have CLI not already paid for harvesting costs, given 'product manufacturing and operating costs were $2.1mill for the qr? The Ag company wants another $575000 more. They do not state how much rent is owed to Shep Bros.

4. Any deals that can be made in sales will go to these other companies as they have legally obtained Lien or whatever that is, so they get paid their funds.

5. Directors have made 5% on short term loans.I'd love to make 5% every 2 months on money i can loan.

Does anyone expect to see a cent out of this if it ever trades again?
