Same as you, the directers' loan is a bright spot for me as well. No matter how worse the CEO and directors are, I personally hope CLI can continue its business, just if possible replace all BOD and CEO.

In my view, this is a chance for Bod and CEO to prove themselves by raising fund to continue the business, they also need a comprehensive plan to persuade most shareholders to continue support them. If so, CLI share price may drop to 1.5c to 2c (second directer loan converted at 2c) after back trading and then rebounce step by step, which highly rely on the business on-going.

If the bod and CEO can learn lessons from last year and resolve it, the share price may recover as I still believe the Hemp market has a good future.
