CLI say that some plants commenced flowering on Aug 1st.
The Sep 18th THC Compliance test shows that the maximum CBD % in the tests was 2% (Average 1.6%)
According to their genetics announcement, one of the strains was expected to peak at 14% in week 5.

I’m no CBD hemp expert but surely the compliance test results would have been a major concern. Some of the plants were at week 7 of development already.
ASX might already be on to this anomaly given their questions around flowering dates.
Im sure a conversation with a CBD hemp expert about these results would be enlightening.
