The CEO having a large stake in the company is a positive in my eyes, it means his best interests are also aligned with mine (investors). Could you please give some specific examples of his under-performance? He was at the helm as this company transformed from a mere micro cap exploration company to a fully fledged producer now counted in the ASX 200.
I'm sure with some assumptions you could extrapolate some potential future EPS, forward P/Es etc.. All depends upon your financial analysis abilities. "There is very little $ dollar talk in the report" Please refer to pages: 3 & 11 ... Were you expecting as much detail as the Annual report?
I will give you that as a shareholder I am also frustrated with the delays associated with achieving nameplate production however understand that this is to be expected when investing in a greenfield lithium brine plant. Management are close to achieving this all the while improving the current plant design which will be vital when it comes to expanding production.
Looking forward to scoping studies and more detail on expansion plans.. Don't forget the company is selling their product at nearly double what was intially anticipated a couple years ago.
