At the end of the day we have a $130 million dollar market cap for a company that isn't going to be cash flow positive until stage II is up and running. Plenty of opportunities for the "Big Boys" to position themselves at very favourable terms (as per recently announced deal), at the expense of long term supporters with shallower pockets.
I think the downward trend is likely to continue for the foreseeable future.
