Yes, all very disappointing but as expected. All the timelines have been pushed months down the road. The finance situation is obviously the biggest issue, I fear the Bergen disaster could look wonderful compared to what they'll come up with this time. There is no chance they can negotiate a decent deal with Wanbao in this position.
