I couldn't agree with you more, there needs to be some major cut backs on staff and related costs. The current financial situation is a disgrace and embarrassment, struggling from one month to the next is not a way to run a business. 
There are so many clear examples that things need to change in this company, however managements priority appears to be making sure they can cover salaries each month. 
You can really see why the share price is struggling, with all these issues there is no reason to invest in HAV at this time. Management needs to address this reality and should stop trying to cover up the financial mess with very short term solutions.
