With only 210 million shares or so (fully diluted), $2.50 or even $5 doesn't seem much of a stretch considering the asset portfolio.
Lithium and graphite going berserk elsewhere. The third wheel, cobalt, also starting to get a mention.
I've been thinking OZL would make a good fit for HAV, in JV perhaps, considering the noises they've made over the last year or so about acquisitions and a focus on SA.
