Expected cash burn for this qtr. Look at the previous Q1 cash burn. They've hired a lot more people since FY21, so the burn is higher. Delayed receipts and GST liabilities didn't help. This is all pretty normal, but it looks nasty in hindsight. Watch the webinar for their description.
Better planning for HR would have helped. Management salaries and incentives are also too high considering the profitability status of the company.
