Without digging even further into the remuneration structure at ALC even a cursory look suggests the CEO's package seems particularly generous given the Co's performance and the market cap of similarly sized ASX listed Co's. In some cases by a large amount.
The latest info we have has her total package at almost $710k p/a
Since 2020 it's increased by around 150%
Not bad for a Co's who's earnings have gone next to nowhere in that time and the SP has underperformed accordingly.
Maybe their KPI's need to include a SP (eps) performance element before seeking equity funds to prop up bonuses at shareholders expense.
