I don't understand how ALC has added so much revenue to the business & has made so little progress towards CF BE / profitability.
Almost suggests that they have business that requires very high overheads to support it, especially considering these sorts of businesses also have extremely high gross margins.
Something to think about as if this is the case ALC will never be a decent investment even if they sign up half the NHS trusts.
