There was a contract to create a company so maybe less of a pipe dream and more of an agreement
Now a business entity has been created

I assume a lengthy process has been undertaken to hammer out all the details on how this JV will operate and it's company charter.

But now that it is a registered business entity that means they can move actually move forward and build the facility or wherever they plan to put this thing if Repkon already has the land

My biggest question is how do they expect to fund this JV the mystical 50/50 investment needs to come from somewhere, but I suppose we will find that out in due course
