If the CEO is only now saying that the JV company is established, what have the Directors signed off on and the Auditors approved for the past 18 months about TTT's investment in Repkon???
Were they including a pipe dream in the earlier financials as there was nothing to actually have an ownership in except a wish and a prayer.
The same as Herbert saying that they will be cash flow sustainable!! And without grant funding they would be going down faster than the Titanic.
It does make you wonder what percentage of what the Directors say we can actually believe.
