Doctor Ben I take no issue with all that you’ve stated there. I noticed the right sizing as well. I would have liked to see less share compensation being awarded though.

Silicon Valley is noted for entrepreneurs working on the cheap in hoping their endeavor pays off in the long run. This is the one thing that rubs me the wrong way when these companies are struggling.

I get that we all need the paycheck for rent and food and Vegas but the optics of the more than generous options leaves a bad taste in my mouth. As you say, it appears there is some belt tightening going on.

Capital preservation is a must at this point… I’d like to think some of the Military Industrial Complex connections they’ve made will open doors at bit wider sooner rather than later..

Important is that this is indeed a high risk venture for investors. I love the thrill of the chase and whatever will be will be.
