    A decision on the timing of drilling the Surprise East will be made after fully analyzing the production history of Surprise West.


    So its not rig availability now, it's whether Surprise is worth drilling again, which it probably was all along.

    Love the part about prudent financial management, 31 employees on the payroll, a bus load of directors and RC paid well over the odds is not prudent.
