they don't need to keep everyone.....growth had started to slow in AU so a good point to start converting individuals to be more profitable and mature certain parts of the business. Will drive some churn, but so far appears relatively limited!

on CFO - company been doing great so far.....I'd rather they promote someone who knows the vision, direction and operation in detail than bring in a new person at this stage of growth! you bring in externals once the business fully matures to take to next stage.

great result from my perspective. showing ability to turn growth into profit that helps fund expansion into other markets without requiring additional debt, and can now focus on increasing average profitability per AU base via all the other revenue streams, cementing the model ready for Asian markets once they mature. great flywheel growth!
