SDL management will only move on meaningful discussions with potential equity partners for mine funding when the Cameroon Govt has a firm signed commitment from the Chinese for the Port and Rail Infrastructure.
As we can see for the Qtr report that is someway off, and know one knows when this will be signed. If I were to hazard a guess maybe we will hear some stirring in early 2017.
But don't hold your breathe.
