I stand corrected about the time frames.
The debt will not convert to shares. Glencore will demand cash or attempt to break the company (again) and take the lot as the largest creditor. The Glencore court actions demonstrate that. Glencore happy to smash the share price for their own ends. So for the foreseeable future all spare cash put aside for Glencore with the 2 Glencore board members doing all they can to ensure that.
On the plus side the stope definition drilling finding some extra in Hays North but appears to have killed off the extensions in Main Lens South and Hays South. I am bullish on the North Pod area and think this will be the best ore in the mine.
I agree with MM that they need to improve the shareholder and market compliance communication.
