What I noticed was "preferred potential off-take customer(s)". Note the use of potentially more then one!
IMO, JZ knows how to play hardball and knows AGY have a highly desirable product in a sector experiencing short supply.
Also IMO, if you're buying BG LCE, I expect you'd not only want to lab test it's composition but also plug it into your systems (ie "systemised" in below extract) and produce an output that is then in turn QA'd by their customers (no one wants a battery that malfunctions!). And you don't want to just do this once, but several times to prove consistency and reliability of both the inputs and outputs of the production line. So the take away message for me is this is well progressed but does take time.
(And not to mention - a "preferred" off-take customer doesn't take this time and effort unless they are serious about buying your product!)
