I really wonder if that's all that's been produced to date. Looking at the condition of the bags from bottom to top, it seems like they're progressively getting cleaner(?). To me, it indicates that the bottom bags have been there a longer time (i.e. when they went into production in July) and the top bag is the most recent off the line.
Got my tinfoil hat on it appears if I'm drawing conspiracies from bag conditions.... lol
