The payment due is to the original owners of Makala Mining Ltd under the overall Acquisition agreement which was approved in Jan 21 by the shareholders. the payment is not to the Anleck shareholders who are receiving deferred consideration shares. Refer back to the initial announcement of 16 Sept 20 and Notice of meeting dated 11 December 20
