We need some big newsflow at multiple projects to get this stock soaring! Sell lines keep appearing. It’s relentless. However no surprise in this bear market, more and more are going down the path of quick profits instead of holding long term. Since it could still be many months or even years before the economy starts improving.

There is more and more talk of this property crash taking place soon. Even a small 25 basis point increase is enough to tip people into mortgage stress and selling up. Since so many bought at the peak, have million dollar home loans and with many 3 year fix term rates coming to an end in the next 6 months. Once the crash takes place which is inevitable imo, fingers crossed gold finally gets going as more head towards safety haven investments.
